Jessica is a Junior at the University of Alabama in their Dietetics and Nutrition DPD program. This is a career change for her; she has been working in IT at the same company for the last 17 years. Jessica is planning on continuing her education by getting her MS while attending Alabama prior to her Dietetic Internship.
While working full-time and attending college full-time, she is also a board member and volunteer at Franciscan Kitchen, a community kitchen.
She is just starting out on this incredible journey. Her ultimate goal is to have a private practice to help others find their healthy and happy lifestyle. Any tidbits you may have, please send her way.
