It's Awards Time Again!

  
Please submit your nominations for our service or practice awards by May 15th, 2019. Winners receive $500, an awards plaque, and recognition at our annual meeting at FNCE®. You can nominate friends, coworkers, or even yourself.
 
Distinguished Practice Award
This award is designed to recognize an outstanding ON DPG member who has worked to promote nutrition as a vital component of oncology patient care through professional presentations, publications, involvement in other oncology related organizations and active participation in oncology related patient activities.

Eligibility for the Distinguished Practice Award:
Any active member of the ON DPG, including oneself, may submit written nominations. (Exempted members include the Award and Scholarship Committee members, ON DPGChair and ON DPG Chair-elect, and previous winners of the award)
Nominees MUST meet all deadlines and requirements for the applications to be considered.

The award recipient will receive $500 and a commemorative plaque at the ON DPGMember Reception during FNCE 2019. In addition, the recipient will be featured in the Oncology Nutrition Connection newsletter.
 
Distinguished Service Award
This award is designed to recognize a member who has demonstrated leadership and/or service to the ON DPG, and who has worked to promote dietetic professionals in the field of Oncology Nutrition.

Eligibility for the Distinguished Service Award:
Any active member of the ON DPG, including oneself, may submit written nominations. (Exempted members include the Award and Scholarship Committee members, ON DPGChair and ON DPG Chair-elect, and previous winners of the award)
Nominees MUST meet all deadlines and requirements for the applications to be considered.
