Kate Willcutts is a CNSC and practiced specifically in the area of surgical nutrition support for more than 20 years at the University of Virginia Health System. She is the clinical nutrition manager at her facility. Her publications include: nutrition chapters in nursing and surgical textbooks, articles on indirect calorimetry, enterocutaneous fistulas, ostomies, critical care nutrition and perioperative nutrition.

As a Division Director of Clinical Support at Morrison Healthcare, Wendy Phillips directs the development, implementation, and maintenance of clinical nutrition programs and services for hospitals, rehab and long term care facilities, and outpatient counseling centers. Phillips is also the Public Policy Chair of the Utah Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the Chair of the Academy's Consumer Protection and Licensure Committee, the Chair-Elect for the Clinical Nutrition Management DPG, and the Director of Communication and Marketing for the Dietitians in Nutrition Support DPG.
